Who we are
Rolf Hieringer
Texts? Photos? Audio? Videos?
For the production of content, I can draw on almost 30 years of SRF experience as a journalist - behind the microphone, as an editor, as a producer, as a presenter or as a domestic and foreign correspondent.
I draw on this for my training and coaching sessions, for media and performance courses, for photo training programmes or accompanied photo trips.
During my time as a member of the management and chief editor, I learned how to support and develop organisations.
People say that I ask the difficult but important questions. I appreciate the value of open communication and constructive criticism.

Over the years, I have had the privilege to take on a wide variety of roles - in communications consulting, in management, in moderation and journalism, and as a small entrepreneur.
My talent for putting difficult issues into simple words has always been helpful: as an economist, as the person responsible for the website and as a communications consultant in a large bank; in my work in radio and television or as an event moderator.
I was particularly enthusiastic about my stays abroad – as a tour guide, as a US correspondent, as a manager, and as a student, too. In the past years, I was also able to expand my education on topics such as sustainability, digital platform economy, communication strategy or currently to a Certificate of Advanced Studies for members of Boards of Directors.
I love exchanging ideas with exciting people - to understand what they think, what they need, maybe even what they dream of. By the way: Swimming in the river Aare in Berne is my favorite way to find fresh ideas.

We only deliver what we really can deliver, meeting the highest standards. We either have the necessary capabilities ourselves - or we can rely on them within our wide network. It is based on vast co-working environment in Berne in the "Mattelab" around the Republica agency - and goes even beyond.
